The Aesthetics Network — Terms of Service Version 2026-07-17 (draft — pending legal review) 1. Who we are The Aesthetics Network ("the Network", "we") is a private, paid, members-only community for verified UK medical professionals working in aesthetic medicine. 2. Eligibility Membership is open to registered nurses, doctors, dentists, pharmacists and allied health professionals holding a current registration with the NMC, GMC, GDC, GPhC or HCPC. You must be 18 or over. We verify every application manually and may decline or revoke membership if we cannot verify your registration. 3. Your account You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been compromised. 4. Membership and payment Subscriptions are purchased on our website — not inside this app. Access to member areas depends on an active subscription or trial. Cancelling follows the process described on our website; access continues until the end of the paid period. 5. Community conduct The Network is a professional peer community. You agree to: • treat other members with respect and professionalism; • post only content you have the right to share; • keep patient confidentiality at all times — never post identifiable patient information; • not advertise or promote products or services without our prior agreement; • not share member-only content outside the community. We may remove content, suspend or end membership for breaches of these terms. 6. Your content You keep ownership of what you post. You grant the Network a licence to display it within the community for as long as it remains posted. Educational content, resources and recordings provided by the Network remain ours or our licensors' and are for your personal professional use only. 7. Professional information, not advice Content in this community — including webinars and resources — is shared for professional education and peer discussion. It is not a substitute for your own clinical judgement, your regulator's guidance, or independent legal or medical advice. 8. Ending membership You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end membership for breach of these terms, giving reasons where practicable. 9. Liability Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, the Network is not liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by members. 10.
